1. Information We Collect

POP3 ON collects only the necessary information strictly required to provide real-time email synchronization services:

• Basic Identification: Name, email address and avatar via official Google OAuth 2.0.
• POP3 Credentials: Hostname, port, username and password (stored with 256-bit Fernet AES military encryption).
• Technical Metadata: Message-IDs, sync timestamps and delivery logs.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to establish connection with your hosting provider, fetch new messages via POP3 SSL, and deliver them directly into your Gmail Inbox. We do not retain email bodies after delivery and do not sell or share data with third parties.

3. Security & Encryption

All communications with POP3 hosts and Google APIs run over TLS 1.3 / SSL encrypted channels. Passwords are never saved in plain text and are protected by individual cryptographic keys.

4. Google API User Data Policy Compliance

POP3 ON's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
